Part A
Driveey — Terms of Use
Welcome to Driveey! By accessing or using the Driveey mobile application ("Platform"), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Our Business Model: A Community-Driven Platform
Driveey operates as an intelligent digital bridge that connects travelers (Passengers) with local ride providers (Drivers). Our mission is to create a seamless, independent, and transparent community where you have the freedom to choose your travel partners.
- Your Freedom, Your Choice: Driveey functions as a marketplace, not a traditional transport company. Every ride is a unique, direct arrangement between the Passenger and the Driver, giving both parties the flexibility to agree on fares and terms that suit them.
- Independent Partnerships: Drivers on our platform are professional, independent service providers who operate their own services through our technology. Because they work independently, they are not employees of Driveey, which allows us to keep our services affordable, efficient, and accessible for everyone.
- Shared Commitment: While Driveey provides the technology to facilitate these connections, the actual ride experience is managed by the Driver. We act as a dedicated partner to ensure communication and safety, but the primary commitment to providing a great ride experience rests with the Driver.
2. Safety, Trust & Identity Verification
Safety is at the heart of Driveey. To ensure a secure environment for our entire community, we verify the identity of both our Drivers and Passengers.
- Two-Way Verification: Before being allowed on our platform, every Driver must provide valid government-issued ID, a professional license, and verified vehicle documentation. Likewise, we verify the identities of our Passengers using their official government-issued ID cards. This two-way process helps us maintain a reliable community where you can travel with confidence.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to enter into this agreement.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
- Driveey reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our safety standards.
4. Fees, Payments & Wallet Settlement
- License Fee: Driveey charges a small "License Fee" for accessing and using our technology platform. This fee is deducted from the Driver's in-app "Driver Wallet Account".
- Negative Wallet Balance: When a ride is completed, the License Fee is deducted. If the wallet balance becomes negative, it represents an outstanding debt that the Driver must settle to continue using the platform.
- Debt Settlement: Drivers are required to clear any negative balance within 3 calendar days via authorized payment methods (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.).
- Suspension: Failure to settle the balance within this period may result in a temporary suspension of access to the platform.
- Account Termination: To delete an account, all outstanding financial obligations must be cleared.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "AS IS". While we strive for the best experience, we do not guarantee that the service will be free of technical glitches, errors, or interruptions. Driveey shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to accidents, delays, or property issues.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to improve our services. Your continued use of the Platform after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Part B
Driveey City-to-City: Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Driveey operates exclusively as a proprietary technology infrastructure designed to facilitate the connection between autonomous, third-party transportation providers ("Service Providers" or "Drivers") and individual users seeking inter-city transit solutions ("Passengers"). Driveey explicitly disclaims the status of a transportation carrier or a common carrier. Our functional role is strictly limited to that of a technological intermediary and aggregator, providing the digital framework for communication and logistical coordination.
2. Business Model & Platform Role
- Independent Contractual Alignment: All transportation engagements facilitated via the Platform constitute a bilateral agreement executed solely between the Driver and the Passenger. Driveey is not a party to any such service contract and remains a neutral facilitator throughout the transaction.
- Independence: Driveey serves as a collaborative hub. Our Drivers are independent service providers who choose to partner with us to reach more travelers. While we provide the technology to connect you, each Driver maintains their own independent professional status, ensuring a flexible and diverse marketplace for all our users.
- Pricing: Passengers offer a price for the requested trip. Drivers may accept, skip, or make a counter-offer at their sole discretion.
3. Tolls & Expenses
- Toll Policy: The agreed fare covers the transportation service only. Toll taxes (motorway, bridge, tunnel, etc.) are NOT included in the fare and shall be borne by the Passenger.
- Other Costs: Any other charges or costs incurred during the trip due to Passenger requests must be settled directly between the Driver and Passenger.
4. Passenger Responsibilities & Luggage
- Accurate Information: Passengers are responsible for providing complete and correct pickup/drop-off details. Driveey is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.
- Luggage Policy: Passengers must specify luggage requirements during booking. Drivers reserve the right to cancel the ride if the luggage is excessive, exceeds permissible weight/volume limits, or does not fit safely into the vehicle.
- Prohibited Activities: Passengers must not pressure the Driver to overload the vehicle, break traffic laws, or engage in any unlawful activities.
5. Driver Responsibilities
- Documentation: Drivers must hold a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and fitness certificate at all times.
- Legal Compliance: Drivers are responsible for complying with all local traffic laws and jurisdictional requirements for inter-city travel.
- Safety: Drivers are responsible for the safe and timely transport of Passengers. Any negligence, misconduct, or unsafe driving is the sole liability of the Driver.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
- As-Is Platform: Driveey makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform functional but does not guarantee it will be free of errors, defects, or technical interruptions.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Driveey harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms or your misconduct during the use of the service.
- Disclaimer: Driveey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from the use of this Platform.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute occurs, Users should contact our support team at [email protected]. Driveey may assist in dispute resolution but remains a neutral third party.
