Both Passengers and Drivers are required to verify their identity through their government-issued ID (CNIC). Drivers additionally provide vehicle details, license, and registration documents.
• check_circle Automatically Collected Info: Precise GPS location (even in the background), device model, IP address, OS version, and transaction history.
• check_circle User Content: Chat messages, reviews, and interaction logs.

3. Automated Decision-Making

Driveey uses algorithms to match users, calculate fares, and monitor safety. If your account is flagged or suspended due to automated fraud detection, you have the right to request a human review by contacting our support team.

We use your data to facilitate rides, ensure safety, conduct identity verification for both passengers and drivers, prevent fraud, perform research, and comply with legal requirements.
